Quickbooks Premier Nonprofit 2014 Download

I had Quickbooks Premiere and am now going to try QuickBooks Pro. (Don’t ask.) I have my backup files for my business. Will I have trouble importing my file into QB Pro since I created the file with QB Premiere?

- I have QuickBooks Premier Non-Profit 2014 installed on this Laptop. License #3868-3098-6154-263. When I check properties it says it's not registered. It prevents me from registering because it requests information such as phone numbers and zip codes which were never entered. It says I have 21 days to register otherwise it's probably going to go.
I have 2014 QB Premier non profit version asking for IE6 before it will open. This was reported by one user as a workaround to get an older version of QB to run on win10 - might be worth a try 1. The QuickBooks Premier 2014 software is great for small businesses owners like myself. In have a small business and it handles all my financial transactions perfectly. I previously had QuickBooks Premier 2005 but decided it was time for an upgrade to the 2014 series. The additional features gives me greater flexibility in my day to day operations. QuickBooks Premier: Nonprofit Edition 2014's complete uninstall command line is msiexec.exe. QBW32PremierNonprofit.exe is the QuickBooks Premier: Nonprofit Edition 2014's primary executable file and it takes around 681.27 KB (697624 bytes) on disk.

I love the Don’t ask. Of course I’m curious about why you don’t want to use Premier anymore. But more than that, I’d like to be certain that you no longer want or need to use the additional features of Premier, such as:
Sales Orders
Inventory Assemblies/Builds
Business Plans
Industry-specific reports
After using Premier, you might find Pro a little too limiting if you use any of the above features. As long as you are sure you don’t need these features anymore, then it’s fine to “downgrade” to Pro.

Yes, Pro can read Premier just fine. You will have no trouble opening your backups, that were made with Premier, in Pro. Premier and Pro are basically the same program, it’s just that Premier has a lot more features.
If you were running QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions and you wanted to “downgrade” to Premier or Pro, then you would need to purchase a third party utility to do so. Enterprise is a completely different program than the other two and cannot be automatically “downgraded.” Karl Irvin sells a utility for this purpose, as well as a bunch of other cool utilities for QuickBooks (copy & paste the url into a new window):
